We love to discover places and personalities whose beliefs are similar to our own. We believe that we can respect our planet not only without decreasing our enjoyment of the experience, but doing better than what today’s intensive world produces.

We found an amazingly delicious place: Café Pinson (actually there are already two Cafe Pinsons!). We met its founder Agathe, a young woman who can do everything: learn about naturopathy, start a business, offer healthy and delicious food, set up a website (LaMinutePapillon) and write a book (SuperJus).

She wants to serve up this food in a friendly, uncomplicated atmosphere. Where you just feel good. Because organic can rhyme with beautiful and healthy with delicious. We felt as though the café had been created especially for us.
